Eating in

El gran sueño is a relaxed kind of place and so is our food. The emphasis is on local, seasonal menus served in an unhurried atmosphere. Tuck into an organic breakfast with freshly-baked homemade sourdough, homemade preserves and local artisan cheeses – served in our colourful and homely dining room or al fresco on the terrace. Evening meals (available on request) are lovingly prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients combined with bright herbs, exotic spices and fragrant aromatics. It is fresh, flavourful and packed full of goodness.

At your request, we have compiled our most popular recipes from Dave's indulgent vegan chocolate brownies or the famous gluten-free carrot cake – present at the breakfast table since day one – to Javier's refreshing Andalusian gazpacho and muhammara, a peppery dip originating in Aleppo, Syria. Why not take a taste of El gran sueño with you and try these at home?
